The absolute most important part of the check in and check out process is rating the worker based on their performance. The entire Grizzly Force Job distribution system runs offers jobs based off of these ratings.
When a job is posted to our app, workers with the highest ratings are offered the job first. This means that all the 5 star rated workers see all the jobs before someone with a lower rating like a 4.5 or a 3 star rating. After a period of time passes the job will then move on to all of our 4 and above rated workers. After more time it will move to the lower ratings. This means that the best workers possible will always be coming to work for you.
With that said, the rating system is powered by our employers. Giving the worker a rating between 1 and 5 will let us know how they did, and make sure the deserving workers get the best opportunities. Once the check out process is complete, you will be offered 5 stars. Tap anywhere between 1 to 5 based on the workers punctuality and performance (1 being the worst and 5 being the best) then hit submit. It's as simple as that.
