How do suspensions work?

Suspensions can range from 3 days to 14 days or can be permanent. The time suspended is based on your infraction and work history. Suspensions can be earned by being late, not showing up, coming unprepared, being dismissed by an employer, or other reasons. Earning a suspension prior to any shift will result in a ban.
