Why don't I see any jobs?

First of all, make sure your notifications are on so when new jobs are posted you are alerted.  Most of the time it is because the jobs in your area have all been filled by other workers, keep en eye out for new jobs being posted and jump on them quickly.  Second, make sure you check your job radius.  You can adjust this setting on your profile to see jobs a certain distance away.  Third, Grizzly Force has a priority in which jobs can be seen.  When a job is first posted by the employer it goes to their "preferred" workers first.  You can get on employers preferred lists by showing up to your jobs when you accept them and doing a great job.  Employers will add you to their preferred list.  If no one picks up the shift from the preferred list, the job is then visible to 5 start workers for a short time next, then 4 star workers and so on.  You start your account with a 5 star so you should see any unfilled jobs right after the preferred workers have not accepted any positions.  Always work hard so you get added to employers "preferred list" and receive 5 star ratings to see the most jobs.
