What is my Worker Rating?

You are rated based on many things at the end of your shift. If you showed up on time, perfectly prepared for the shift and give it your best, you should request a 5 star rating from your supervisor. The way Grizzly Force works is that jobs are first offered on app to workers with the highest rating. This means that 5 star workers get offered all jobs before the 4 star workers. Once the 5 stars have passed on the job it moves its way down to the 4 star workers, then the 3 star, then 2 star and so on. This not only means that being on time, prepared and giving it your best is important. It also means that maintaining a high rating will allow you to work where you want, when you want.
