The job has started! Your staff has arrived and is ready to get to work. Aside from providing instruction to your workers, there are a couple of very important things that need to happen. Luckily they are as easy as tapping a few buttons in our Grizzly Force Hire app.
At the start of the shift, checking the workers in lets us know they have arrived and started work. If by some chance a worker does not arrive, please contact support@grizzlyforce.ca and we can check why or send a replacement.
At the end of the shift, checking the workers out lets us know they have finished for the day.
The importance of accurate check-ins and check-outs is imperative. For you the employer, it means accurate hours invoiced and less contact from our support team. For the worker, we pay them digitally the same day through our app. In order to keep our workers happy and coming back, we need the hour's input promptly.
If by some chance hours need to be submitted after the job day has ended, please e-mail support@grizzlyforce.ca
