Worker pay amounts vs. employer billable rate.

Grizzly Force allows its employers to choose what the workers are paid for their shifts.  We understand that rates can be a sensitive topic when sending you workers that inter mingle with your full-time employees.  Upon setting up your free account, your profile will automatically be set to a 60% mark up.  To calculate worker pay vs your billable rate, simply multiple the rate you would like to pay workers by 1.6 and you will see your billable rate.  Example: Worker Pay = $17 x 1.6 = $27.20/hr billable rate.  We offer discounts for employers doing higher volume, so please reach out to brandon@grizzlyforce.ca to discuss your rates.
