We know how busy you are. We know how many different shifts run in your facility. We know multiple supervisors or leads may be in charge of different sets of Grizzly Workers in different areas of your workplace. With that said having accurate hours logged, and having workers rated accurately according to your standards is imperative to your good results with staffing.
By adding a 'Manager Account' in the Grizzly Force Hire app, you can add as many of your supervisors or leads to the app as possible, just by inputting their e-mail. If there is a Grizzly shift ending after your day is over, be sure to add the after hours manager to your Grizzly Account by using the 'Manager Account' feature. If there are multiple Grizzly Workers completing tasks for different supervisors make sure they all have 'Manager Accounts' so they can log hours and rate workers accurately. The Manager account offers basic functionality for check ins and check outs and does not display any financial information.
Access the menu on the top left of the app screen. From there tap on the 'Managers' option and follow the steps. Input the Managers name, E-mail and a password for them and hit 'Invite'. They will then be added to your Managers list. They will simply need to confirm their account by actioning the e-mail we have sent them, and then they are free to download the Grizzly Force Hire app and log in!
