Why do you send confirmation and re-confirmation messages?

Having a valid phone number and e-mail address on file with us is probably one of the most important things to maintain with Grizzly Force.

It is our primary form of communication with you, the worker. It's an simple and easy way to ensure you are safe, healthy, and committed to the shift.

We message the day before a shift to make sure you have correctly chosen the work you wanted, and to confirm that you indeed will be going.

On the day of the job, we usually message a few hours before the shift start, to make sure that you are still going to your shift.

In the instance you need to cancel, you must do so immediately. This allows other workers who are looking for shifts to have ample time to prepare to go to the job.

As long as you provide us with more than 10 hours of notice, your account will not be suspended. Please be considerate to other members of the Grizzly Force and keep in contact with us.
