Convert your international vaccine certificate to provincial certificate.

How to convert your Provincial/International vaccine certificate to a B.C. Vaccine card?

There are two steps to convert your other provincial/territory or international proof into B.C. Vaccine Card.

1)  Get a B.C personal health number (P.H.N); it is on the back of your M.S.P. card if you do not have one. Feel free to call 1-833-838-2323 and the same will be generated for you

2)  Log into https://www.immunizationrecord.gov.bc.ca/ and upload your vaccine Dose 1 and 2 certificates

Your Vaccination record will then be updated in the Provincial Immunization Registry. Processing for out-of-province records: 10 to 14 days. Post updating the record, you will be able to access your vaccination record online through Health Gateway and use the B.C. Vaccine Card.
